Located at the 12th Street campus, American Indian Public Charter School II currently serves grades kindergarten through eighth, and has continued the AIM Schools tradition--as well as academic performance as its predecessor. 

Situated at the Magee campus, the original American Indian Public Charter School serves approximately 250 inner-city students from grades sixth to eighth. AIPCS has a long history of disciplined educators, academic empowerment, and successful students

Currently split between the Magee and 12th Street campuses, American Indian Public High School serves 250 ninth to twelfth grade students and is as one of the top high schools in Oakland and California, and within the top 100 schools in America.
